You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this App.

2. Description of Service

  • GST-compliant invoice creation, management, and PDF generation
  • Client directory and relationship management
  • Expense tracking and categorisation
  • Payment recording and invoice status tracking
  • Business profile and branding management
  • Financial dashboard and summary reporting
  • Automated payment reminders (where enabled)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via the App or registered contact details.

3. Account Registration

To use My Bizora, you must create an account using either a valid Indian mobile number (via OTP verification) or a valid email address and password.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at support@mybizora.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
  • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms, or where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free Tier: My Bizora offers a free tier with access to core features. The scope of features available under the free tier may change over time; we will provide advance notice of any reduction in free-tier functionality.

Paid Plans: Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature inclusions are displayed within the App and on our website. Current plans include monthly and annual subscription options.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed through our authorised payment partners. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable billing error. If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes beyond the GST included in our pricing. We are not responsible for determining tax liability arising from your use of the App to manage your own business finances.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your use of My Bizora involves the collection and processing of personal and business data. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, GSTIN, business details, client information, invoice data, expense records, and usage patterns.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

Key commitments regarding your data:

  • Storage: Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure, hosted in data centres compliant with international security standards.

  • Data Export: You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us at support@mybizora.com.
  • Retention: We retain your data for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the App. These tools collect anonymised usage data and crash reports. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

For full details, refer to Section 14 (Privacy Policy) and our in-app privacy settings.

6. Financial & GST Data

My Bizora is a business management tool, not a licensed financial advisor, chartered accountant, tax consultant, or registered GST practitioner.

Important limitations you must understand:

  • All GST calculations, invoice formats, and tax figures generated by the App are provided as convenience tools only and do not constitute professional tax or legal advice.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of GST rates, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply determinations, and all financial figures before filing returns or sharing invoices with clients.
  • We do not file GST returns, interact with the GSTN portal, or guarantee compliance with GST or income tax regulations on your behalf.
  • Tax laws in India are subject to change. We endeavour to update the App promptly in response to regulatory changes but cannot guarantee immediate updates.
  • Always consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or GST practitioner for compliance advice specific to your business situation.

We shall not be liable for any penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from reliance on the App's financial calculations without independent professional verification.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use My Bizora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, our servers, or other users' data
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code into the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its output without our express written consent
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations in connection with your use of the App
  • Use the App to store or process data on behalf of third parties without disclosing this to us

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, source code, features, content, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by My Bizora and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your own business management purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App — including invoices, client records, and business data. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

My Bizora integrates with third-party services to deliver certain functionality. These include:

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions, analytics, and crash reporting
  • Razorpay (upcoming) — online payment collection
  • WhatsApp / SMS / Email providers (upcoming) — automated reminders

Your use of these integrated services is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

We will notify you before enabling any new third-party integrations that involve the sharing of your personal data.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
  • Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected within a specific time frame
  • The App will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or network configurations
  • Results obtained from using the App will be accurate, complete, or reliable for any specific purpose

We reserve the right to carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect App availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Bizora, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Financial losses arising from reliance on App-generated invoices, tax calculations, or financial figures
  • Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain account security
  • Losses arising from the unavailability, errors, or interruptions of third-party services integrated with the App

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

12. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active paid subscriptions must be cancelled prior to account deletion to avoid further charges.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or a court order
  • We reasonably believe your use poses a security risk to the App or other users
  • You have not used the App for an extended period and your account is classified as inactive

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.

12a. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your My Bizora account at any time, directly from within the app — no need to contact support.

How to delete your account:

  • Open the app → tap More (bottom tab)
  • Scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account
  • Confirm twice when prompted

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your Firebase authentication credentials are permanently removed
  • Your user profile, business details, GSTIN, and all settings are deleted from our database
  • All invoices, clients, expenses, and payment records associated with your account are permanently erased
  • Deletion is irreversible — we cannot recover your data once the process is complete
  • If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges. Deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription billing cycle.

Data retention after deletion: All personal data is removed within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g. GST audit trails, financial records). Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Re-authentication: For security, your device session must be recent to delete your account. If you see a re-authentication prompt, sign out and sign back in, then repeat the deletion steps.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
